The Utah Classical Guitar Society 2011-2012 Season

Dear Friends,

Thank you all for the personal support over the years. The artist fees have gone up, the grant has gone down and the friends are still here. UCGS is now paying a little better artist fee—look at the list below! There is a discount for season tickets and also for tickets purchased in advance. No refunds are possible. We are no longer selling tickets through Acoustic Music.

All concerts will be at Salt Lake Recital Hall

Johannes Moller
Concert: Friday, September 16, 2011 at 8pm

Tickets at the door - adults $20 and students with ID $10
In 2010 he was awarded first prize in the GFA Concert Artist Competition, considered by many to be the most prestigious guitar competition in the world, resulting in a 50-concert tour and a recording with the Naxos label.

No Master Class is offered with Moller.

David Russell
Concert: Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 8pm

Dale Kavanagh
Concert: Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 8pm

Canadian-born Dale Kavanagh is one of the guitar world´s most gifted interpreters.
